How it's made
Carbonic maceration of grenache in small concrete tanks. Fermentation without skins, in used barrels. No added sulfites.

In the glass
On the nose, soft spices, pepper, and smoky notes. On the palate, wild berries, gentle acidity, pronounced but velvety tannins.
