Credo Semillón

Variety: Semillon.

Tasting notes: The nose reveals floral and subtly herbaceous notes. A dry, mineral, and slightly saline wine with marked acidity. Complex, it expresses the qualities of its calcareous and granitic soils. 60% is pressed directly, and the rest ferments with its skins for 7 days before being pressed and co-fermented in barrels, aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
