How it's made
After destemming (without crushing), it ferments for 20 to 30 days. Aged for 3 years in 10-year-old barrels. Unfiltered. No added sulfites.

In the glass
Deep aromatic profile. Fresh red and black fruit, slightly balsamic aromas. Pink pepper. On the palate, good acidity, silky body, slight salinity. Fresh and juicy fruit. Clean and elegant.
