How it's made
4-day carbonic and semi-carbonic fermentation with whole bunches. Malolactic fermentation and 8 months of aging in clay amphora and used wood.

In the glass
Extremely aromatic on the nose, white flowers like orange blossom, elderflower, chamomile. On the palate, juicy acidity, peach, yellow plum, mango. Medium-bodied, dry but tropical wine.
