Cabernet Franc, Blaufrankisch, Syrah.

How it's made
Carbonic maceration for 4 days.  Maceration for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation and 8 months aging in used oak barrels and Georgian amphorae.

In the glass
On the nose, we subtly find notes of violets and soft spices. On the palate, juicy red fruits, velvety body, a mineral touch.
