How it's made
40 days of maceration in steel and concrete. Aged in used oak barrels for as long as necessary.

In the glass
Red fruit compote, cherries, tobacco, and earthy notes. Cedar and pine, slightly balsamic notes. Deep but moderate tannins. Good development in the glass.
