How it's made
Aged on its own lees for 18 months, made using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle.

In the glass
On the nose, we find aromas of toasted bread and orange blossom. Dried fruits, yellow apple, syrup, dates. Creamy body, dry, crisp bubbles.
