How it's made
5-day carbonic and semi-carbonic maceration with some of the cluster. Malolactic fermentation. 6 months aging in stainless steel.

In the glass
Lots of fresh fruit, red berries, violets. A wine that is best enjoyed chilled, very drinkable, with juicy acidity. Light lactic note.
