How it's made
Hand-harvested. 21-day carbonic maceration of Tempranillo in small stainless steel tanks. 10 days of alcoholic fermentation without skins. Bottled without sulfites.

In the glass
Violet notes on the nose, medium body, noticeable tannins, slightly woody and earthy. Easy to drink, ripe red fruits.
