How it's made
Skin maceration in used French oak barrels, fermentation with native yeasts.

In the glass
On the nose, we find aromas of yellow-skinned fruits and white flowers. Juicy, fresh, slightly tropical notes. Yellow lemon peel, green apple, pineapple.
