Semi-carbonic fermentation in 500-gallon foudres, unfiltered, with CO2 added before bottling.

In the glass
A red with character, silky body, soft yet markedly present tannins. Deep notes of wild and ripe red fruits, pink pepper, clove. Slightly smoky.
